It is a fact that Carolina Panthers desperately need Peppers. He is one of the most notable players in the Panthers. Peppers is the franchise player in terms of money. He will be making $16.7 million dollars next season.

Athletes such as former Southern Nash High star are rare. Even the Octomom can not control if one of her children turns into 6-foot-7, 280-pound super-athlete like Peppers.

Peppers, on the other hand, has made it very clear that he wants to leave the state where he was born, where he went to high school and college, and of course where he was drafted by the NFL.
Peppers’ stance that he wants to be traded is not without some merit. It would be better for both the parties if the 4 time Pro Bowl selection wins his battle with the Panthers.

Peppers also said that he wants to play for a team with a 3-4 defensive scheme and not the 4-3 used by Carolina. He might truly be frustrated by the way the Panthers is using his talents or it maybe such that he doesn’t see Panthers winning a title soon.

So why not give Peppers what according to his wish. He is not trying to force his way out of Charlotte by bad-mouthing either the organization or his teammates or else even the coaches. He even did not ask for more money or talk about a contract extension in a way that publicizes him bad.
