Julius Peppers of Carolina Panthers is shy and always keeps to himself. He is courteous too and never brag about what he can do. He is also not hungry of money or else he would have signed the mega-contract Carolina offered after the 2007 season. Moreover, he don’t even manufacture feuds with teammates or the media. He just shuts up and plays to perform the best. We like athletes of such kind.

But yes, he has committed the ultimate act of villainy. He recently has announced openly that he wants to play for a team other than the Panthers. It does not end here. He also is apparently willing to live in a city other than Charlotte.

Just imagine this:

Though our lives may be complicated but we try to keep our sports simple. We always want good guys and bad guys, losers and winners.

If some good things take place then somebody must be credited. And if something bad transpires then also somebody must be blamed.

After fulfilling his contractual obligations to Carolina Panthers for 7 seasons, and also playing in the Pro Bowl after 4 of them, he wants to leave. Hence, he is bad, right?

It is illegal to burn him at the stake otherwise we could have burnt his jersey, provided we didn’t spend $275 for an authentic one.
