Julius Peppers remained non-committed for the future. Jake Delhomme wants to redeem himself, already declared. John Fox remained silent. This was the scene of Carolina Panthers meeting on last Monday morning.
John Fox canceled his end-of-season press conference after he was peppered with questions a day before about his future. When Julius Peppers was tracked down, he ended up with a good silence.
Peppers declined weighing on John Fox. The contract of Fox has not been extended past this year. He refused to say on last Sunday whether he is will be returning as a possible lame-duck coach in the next season, though his salary will be over $6 million.
Julius Peppers said, “I really don’t have any information on Fox’s future around here. I really don’t have any thoughts that I want to share on it right now.”
He also added, “In a couple of days I’ll have a little more information and a little more things to tell you about my future around here.”
