Although Ryan Kalil and Jeff Otah did not play in Sunday’s game, they were able to practice Wednesday.  The upcoming bye week should give Kalil and Otah plenty of time to get healthy for the Panthers next opponent, the Oakland Raiders.

Both of Kalil and Otah’s backups have performed admirably.  Geoff Hangarner and Jeremey Bridges have helped to maintain the offensive line’s sucsess, providing excelent protection for Jake Delhomme, and great running lanes for DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart.
