A deal has been made between Capitol Broadcasting Co. and Carolina Panthers last Thursday which will be allowing the sports radio station 99.9 FM The Fan of broadcasting the preseason matches of 2010 of the team and also the regular season games.

Since 2007 the 99.9 FM The Fan and Carolina Panthers have had a working relationship. This agreement, however, marks the first time the FM channel will be airing games in their entirety.

Operations manager of CBC sports radio properties Dave Shore said, “Adding the play-by-play and all the other elements in this partnership is a great opportunity for us, and we hope to further enhance the experience football fans get in hearing the Panthers in action.”

Well, the financial terms and conditions of this agreement were not disclosed by any of the party.

Capitol Broadcasting owns 99.9 FM along with few other local radio and television stations that also includes WRAL. Capital Broadcasting is a Raleigh-based company.
