The Panthers signed their fifth draft choice yesterday, seventh round pick Hilee Taylor, a defensive end out of UNC. The numbers of the contract have not been disclosed, only that it was a multi year deal.

Taylor may prove to be a surprise player in training camp next week, receiving all ACC honors.

So far the Panthers have signed fiver picks: DE Hilee Taylor, LB Dan Connor, TE Gary Barnidge, G Mackenzy Bernadeau, and DT Nick Hadyen.
