If we look back at an impressive 12-4 2008 season then we will find that many players could be considered valuable in Carolina Panthers.

The following are few of the names who contributed last season:

Julius Peppers
In sixteen games last season, Julius Peppers gathered a career-high 14.5 sacks and tied a career-high with five forced fumbles. He is only 28 years old.

Jon Beason
Jon Beason is 6′-even first-rounder and he has quickly established himself as one of the elite defensive players in the game. Beason’s speed, athleticism, vision, and leadership make him a complete package.

DeAngelo Stewart (or Jonathan Williams)
Without one, the other becomes simply above-average.

Steve Smith
Even though he was sitting out the first 2 games for reasons we all know, Smith had another Pro Bowl season.

Muhsin Muhammad
When he returned to Carolina he had a very good season for a No. 2 WR in a run-first offense.

Jordan Gross
Jordan Gross’s tenaciousness and ability to protect his backs and Quarter Back are really impeccable.
