The Carolina signed Dan Connor, the second of their two third round draft picks. Connor broke numerous school records at Penn State, and was highly regarded as one of the top linebackers in Aprils draft, proving to be a steal for Carolina in the third round.

So far the Panthers have signed four picks: Connor, TE Gary Barnidge, G Mackenzy Bernadeau, and DT Nick Hadyen.
